Healthcare for All

Neighbor’s Keeper believes physical and mental health promotes financial health and well-being. We connect low to moderate-income families to healthcare options and basic needs services. Providing access to credit building, savings opportunities, referrals to financial coaching and free tax preparation.

Affordable Care Act

We assist clients with navigating the health insurance marketplace and understanding their options for purchasing affordable healthcare.

FAMIS Family Acess to Medical Insurance Sercurity Plan

We assist uninsured pregnant woman get prenatal care, new born delivery and well-baby care and family planning.

Medicaid

We guide low-income individuals and families through the application process for obtaining Medicaid coverage for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled.

The Governor’s Access Plan

We register and provide appointment scheduling assistance for intake assessments to determine qualification for primary and behavioral health treatment for Serious Mental Illness (SMI).

Financial Security for All

We believe helping individuals build financial credit and connecting them to workforce programs to obtain skills. We provide referrals to employment opportunities for higher paying jobs leading to health coverage.

Neighbor’s Keeper works to empower community members to advocate for themselves and their families to build stronger, healthier and more economically vibrant communities by becoming physically, mentally, and socially engaged.
